About
Catch Point Gallery is a New York–based gallery founded in 2026. The gallery is launching online, with plans to grow into a physical space that hosts exhibitions and works directly with artists.

The gallery was founded by Katherine, a high school senior who has grown up around art her entire life. Her grandmother is an artist, and being around studios, work, and creative conversations from a young age shaped her interest in art and exhibitions early on.

Being young is part of the spirit of Catch Point Gallery. The gallery is interested in finding new artists, supporting early work, and creating opportunities for people who are still developing their practice. Katherine recently began collecting art and is using the gallery as a way to learn through direct experience, such as curating exhibitions, working with artists, and building relationships over time.

The first juried exhibition reflects Katherine’s own community as a student, but Catch Point Gallery is not limited to student work or one subject. The gallery is focused on growth, curiosity, and long-term development, with the intention of evolving alongside the artists it supports.
Catch Point Gallery is starting small, with care and intention, and aims to continue growing organically.
